Ingredients: 8 Eggs, 12 broken cappellini, 1 grated lemon, 8 tablespoons sugar, 1 piece of margarine, 100gms grated parmesan cheese, glass of milk, vanilla essence, cinnamon, pepper.

 

How to prepare: Beat the eggs with the sugar.Add the grated lemon, parmesan cheese, vanilla essence, milk, pepper, cinnamon and margarine.Cook the cappellini in salted water, drain them and put them in a pan to dry off over a strong flame. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Coat a baking-tin with butter, add the misture and pour a little oil over it. Cook for 45 minutes at 180°C
